Your process,
turned into a system.
You define the steps for each work type, and every job follows them. Clients get emails automatically at the right points, every income and expense is booked against its job, and you see right away when a finished job hasn't been invoiced yet.

Everything your team used to track in a thousand places
Job lists, client data, finances, photos, email: here it all lives in one system, and every piece is tied to a job.
You put the steps in order — say survey, quote, execution, handover. Jobs move through them one by one, and no step can be skipped.
Every job belongs to a client. The client's page holds every contact, contact person, site and document, along with all their previous jobs.
Every item belongs to a job, so you see income and expenses per client and per work type. A separate list shows the jobs with nothing recorded yet.
Every job has an owner. Whoever you assign it to sees it in their own list right away, and the manager also sees who has how much work and where each job stands.
You set which step sends which email to the client, and from then on the system sends it: immediately, delayed or recurring. No need to keep in your head who still needs a message.
You attach photos and documents directly to the job and the client. They're not on a phone or in a shared folder — they're where you'll actually look for them.
Ask a question, get an answer from your own data
The built-in assistant knows your jobs, your clients and your numbers. Instead of digging through lists, you simply ask and get an answer. It helps with routine tasks too, like drafting an email to a client.
What it looks like in practice
You add your work types and put the steps of each in order. This is also where you decide which step sends which email to the client. You won't need to touch it again.
When a new order comes in, you enter it: client, work type, owner. The job starts at the first step of the process and appears in the owner's task list.
As you make progress, you move the job forward with one click. The client gets notified, and the statistics always show the current state.
One screen, all your numbers
Monthly income and expenses, your highest-earning clients, the team's workload, the jobs not yet invoiced. You even see which step jobs tend to get stuck at.
